Night Market (Goodrich Hall on 16th April (3-5 actual event, 12-7 booked))
- Things to get
Ice, rubber bands, cups, napkins, and waxed plates
- Items
1. Food/ Snacks (shaved ice, bubble tea, cai bao, xiao long bao, cong you bin, shrimp chips, assorted candies) ($200 (food) + $150 (bubble tea))
2. Paper lanterns (40 or so) ($50)
3. Photo Booth with lion heads (Polaroid and paper) – Melinda ($100)
4. Chinese calligraphy – Mr. Zhou will be out of town, we can do yin bi instead or both
5. Rabbit masks /hair bands making (obtain elastic strings) – card stocks, hairy attachment devices – Tasha
6. Rubber band
- Tickets, the same as those of raffle prizes
- Coloured Posters – Shirl by Sat

1. Decoration – volunteers from AAsia
2. Cooking at East (start from 12) – Catherine, Melinda, Danny
3. Serving – shaved ice (Jennifer), bubble tea (Frank, Yang, Jarred)

5. Masks making – Shirl
6. Photo booth – Tasha (Mulan), Roxy, Nai Chien (lion head, protection) , general photography- Tina
7. Skipping rope – Tasha, Jackson
